Hot Tip

If the editing notes are simple, add “After these changes this video is complete” to the Basecamp discussion thread for the Editor so they can merely send you the completed YouTube link instead of another iteration.

Finalizing Iterations and Uploading the Completed File

Now that the video is complete, we can include the Responsible and Informed people in the RACI regarding this video, upload the completed version to YouTube, and delete any iterations on Google Drive.

Include anyone who is Responsible or needs to be Informed in the discussion. If they have any notes, the Editor will make another iteration addressing them. If not, move on to the next step.
