How To Determine If A Video Is Complete

1. Video Editors must follow our processes and guidelines. Each iteration should have a video checklist, a link to the video, and a descriptive file title.

Note: Before an Assigned Editor will ask for a QA to a Senior Editor or a Level 4+ Specialist, make sure that they check it themselves to avoid simple errors like spelling, grammar, etc.

2. In general, a video is only complete if it’s usable in marketing materials. These are the following cases to consider:

a. Internal videos- must be uploaded to YouTube.

b. Course-related videos- must be uploaded to YouTube and Wistia.

c. Landing page videos- must be uploaded to YouTube and provide the link to the URL of that landing page in the following comment.

d. Videos posted on Facebook and other social platforms- provide the link to the URL of that post.

Note: When you upload videos on YouTube and Wistia, always make sure that the file is properly named.
