How To Add Videos To The Video Queue Sheet (VEQS)

1. Copy the link. If it’s in Basecamp, make sure the URL does not have the “#_ _ subscriptions” in the URL to avoid imprecise results.

Example:

a. Do not copy links like this: https://3.basecamp.com/4057320/buckets/9957963/messages/1437396764# subsc riptions

b. b.This should be the link to copy: https://3.basecamp.com/4057320/buckets/9957963/messages/1437396764

2. Under the Master Sheet tab, use the command Ctrl+F first and put the Basecamp link to ensure that there’s no duplicate link for your input.

a. If there are none, then add your “video link” to the Master Sheet tab provided the correct Basecamp link if it has already.

b. If there are, check the “Basecamp link” and the “video link” that you will put if it’s the same.

If the “video link” is different, then proceed.

3. Watch the video and determine the Priority from P0- P5.

a. If the video is for an enterprise client, THEN write “1”, under the “Priority” column.

Make sure to provide information to all Mandatory columns. If there’s no assigned video editor, put “Not yet Assigned” for the columns “Editor Assigned” up to “Status.”
