Internal Time And Cost

If we break down the time it takes to process 1 Virtual Assistant (VA) applicant from the time the applicant sends an application all the way to onboarding, the estimated average time elapsed is 90 minutes or 1.5 hours. If you are following this process for the first time, assume that it will take you 3 times as long as you learn the process—270 minutes or 4.5 hours and that number will approach 1.5 hours the more applicants you process.
