As a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist, Kasper V. Christensen has more than 20 years of coaching experience and has trained over 10,000 clients from all walks of life.

Kasper V. Christensen is the founder of FortiusFitness which offers online personal training and ebooks that share Kasper's techniques and methods with anyone who wants to build a strong, lean, toned or muscular physique - the natural way!

Once an insecure, 130 pound skinny young man, Kasper is now a muscular 180 pound professional fitness coach, magazine model, gym owner and seasoned fitness competitor; achieving top placings in 7 separate fitness competitions without the aid of performance enhancing drugs of any kind. His success story has made him a highly sought after personal trainer and today his training and nutrition programs help others obtain mind blowing results in record time.

He currently resides in the wonderful city of Copenhagen, Denmark, with his beautiful girlfriend Joan.
