94 Warm up before exercise.

Launching your body into an intense physical exercise with cold muscles can increase the risks of injuries. In fact, a lot of sports--related injuries can be prevented through proper stretching and warm ups. Whether it’s a high impact sport like basketball, or a grueling game of golf, never undermine the importance of properly warming up the muscles to prevent strains and sprains as well as cramps.

 

 

95 Take a stand.

You will be surprised to know that standing can burn up to 34 more calories compared to sitting down. So you can ditch the standard work desk with one that features vertical adjustments. When answering phones, stand and walk around, so you can burn calories at the same time.

 

 

96 Park farther.

Instead of fighting over who gets the prime parking lot spot, choose to park farther, preferably a full block away from the office. This will give you the opportunity to walk and stretch on a daily basis.
