It’s neither your typical fad diet nor do you have to spend hours in gym, slave to the machines and the instructor, and perhaps not even getting the results you wanted! Honestly, all the bootcamps out there are fun from a social aspect only. On the other hand, with Paleo-Plus-HIIT, you have an exhilarating challenge.
