Blueberry Yogurt Brulées
1 box of blueberries
500gNatural Yogurt/Vanilla (soya or goat’s)
75g Dark Brown Sugar
Water
Divide the blueberries between 4 ramekin dishes. Spoon over the yogurt to cover blueberries. Just before serving, sprinkle with the sugar and place under a hot grill to caramelise.
