Roasted Fruit in Honey

 

4 Nectarines halved and stoned

Carton of Blueberries

2 fresh figs quartered

3 tbsp Honey

 

Arrange fruit in a shallow baking dish in a single layer. Drizzle over the honey. Roast for 20-25 minutes until fruit is tender. Serve with goat’s cream, soya cream or soya natural or vanilla yogurt.
