Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) cans of tuna, drained
2 tbsp. coconut aminos
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated ginger root
3 eggs
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1/2 cup almond meal
Directions:
1. Mix together all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
2. Form them into 4 patties
3. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a médium skillet over médium heat.
4. Add the patties and Brown them on both sides.
