    While some difficulties in formatting for ebook, this is a fine compendium on subjects not well documented otherwise.

    very dry. More of a year book for the coast guard. When it would get to an interesting rescue it would footnote it. Ebook version was faulty repeated paragraphs. Repeated the history of the USCG regularly
