Skewers of salmon in dough

Ingredients:

300 g salmon

10-12 pc shrimp

50-70 g cheese

250 g puff pastry

1 pc egg

10 g sesame

 

Servings: 2

 

Directions:

 

Cut the salmon into slices.

Shrimp clean up, cheese cut into cubes, string on skewers alternating with fish. Lightly adhere.

Skewers with fish wrap with dough strips. Lubricate with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
