Ingredients:
1 cup quick oats
1/6 cup virgin coconut oil
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ cup + 1 tablespoons peanut butter
1/6 cup cocoa powder
1/6 teaspoon salt
1/6 cup + 2 tablespoons pure agave, honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper. Mix in syrup, peanut butter and coconut oil. Heat oil till peanut butter and oil are melted till can be easily stir.
- Whisk in salt and vanilla extract till smooth. Stir in cocoa powder and quick oats till coated evenly. Smoothen into pan and press down hard with spoon. Freeze till set.
