Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons instant tapioca
1 egg
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan, add in egg and milk and whisk till combined. Stir in tapioca and sugar and set aside.
- Turn heat to medium and bring to full boil. Take out from heat and add vanilla. Stir.
- Cover pudding surface with plastic wrap and cool for 10-15 minutes.
