Cheese Sauce

Ready in about: 5 minutes | Serves: 10

 

Ingredients

1 lb. Chicken broth

4 oz Cheese

2 oz Butter

1 tbsp Wheat flour

Ground cumin, pinch

 

Directions

Fry the flour in butter, then dilute with broth or milk.

 

Add ground cumin, salt, grated cheese and simmer for a few minutes.
