Ingredients
1 Spinach, bundle
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Walnut
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 Garlic, clove
Pepper black ground, to taste
Directions
Scrub the washed spinach with boiling water and rinse under cold water.
Mix lemon juice and soy sauce, add walnuts and squeeze garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly, dressing the spinach leaves.
