6.14 Curried Mushrooms

Method

1. Wash and nely slice mushrooms. Slice onion ne.

2. Heat oil and add turmeric and onions. Fry until soft.

3. Add the sliced tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes, stirring all the time.

4. Add the mushrooms, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

5. Remove cover and dry out all the water.

6. Serve hot.
