4. Put in the raisins, almonds and sugar.
5. Continue to cook under low heat for 10 minutes.
6. Add whipping cream and continue to cook for a couple of minutes.
7. Remove from heat and, when cool, chill in the refrigerator before serving

Method
1. Blanch (optional) and shred nuts.
2. Mix rice our into the milk and mix until smooth.
3. Cook over medium heat until a creamy consistency is achieved (20-30
minutes?).
4. Simmer and add sugar and stir for 2-3 minutes more.
5. Cool (in refrigerator for 30 minute) add the rose water, almonds and
pistachios (maybe before it cools).
6. Pour into individual dishes and serve.
