Cooked Mustard Dip

¼ cup all purpose cake flour

½ teaspoon red pepper

1 teaspoon salt

¼ cup sugar

½ tablespoon mustard powder

¼ cup butter or margarine

1 cup milk

¼ cup vinegar

Method: Combine the dry ingredients in a medium saucepan and add the butter or margarine, and milk. Heat gently and stir continuously until thick. Add the vinegar slowly, while stirring. Serves 6
