Boiled Peanuts

Cooking Time: 1 ½ hours Ingredients:
- 1 pound jumbo raw peanuts
- ½ cup sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
Directions:
- Rinse the peanuts under cold running water and remove any twigs and roots.
- In the pot of the Instant Pot, place in all of the ingredients and enough water to cover the peanuts and stir.
- Place a plate or trivet on top of the peanuts.
- Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to the “Seal” position.
- Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 6590 minutes.
- Select “Cancel” and carefully do a “Natural” release.
- Remove the lid and keep aside to cool.
- Drain well and serve.
