Steamed Salmon
Yield: 4 servings
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes Ingredients:
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
- Arrange a trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot and pour in ¾ cup of water and lemon juice.
- Season the salmon fillets with chili powder, salt, and black pepper evenly.
- Place the salmon fillets on top of the trivet in a single layer.
- Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to the “Seal” position.
- Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 5 minutes.
