Cheesy Zucchini Noodles

Cooking Time: 2 minutes Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
- 2 large zucchinis, spiralized with blade C
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Place the oil in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté.” Then add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the zucchini noodles and sauté for about 30-40 seconds.
- Add the Parmesan and gently stir to combine.
- Select “Cancel” and serve immediately.
