Buttered Asparagus

Cooking Time: 8 minutes Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Place asparagus in the center of a foil piece with garlic and butter.
- Curve the edges of foil to prevent the butter running off.
- In the pot of the Instant Pot, place one cup of water.
- Carefully place the foil in the pot.
- Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to the “Seal” position.
- Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 8 minutes.
- Select “Cancel” and carefully do a “Quick” release.
- Remove the lid and transfer the asparagus onto serving plates.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and serve.
