Gluten Free Pizza

 

This recipe is for those who cannot live without pizza. You can add your favorite products and arrange as you like. This pizza is very tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Rice flour
  • 2 fl. oz. Sunflower or olive oil
  • 2 fl. oz. Sauce #1
  • 5 oz. Vegan cheese (for your taste)
  • 4 oz. Tomato
  • 4 oz. Bell pepper
  • 2 oz. Zucchini
  • Provencal herbs, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Preparation

 

- Mix flour and vegetable oil until crumbs.

- Add sour cream and mix again thoroughly.

- From the dough to form a ball and send in the freezer for 30 minutes.

- Cut tomato, zucchini, pepper.

- Roll out the pizza slice.

- Brush with tomato paste and layout and zucchini.

- Put tomatoes and peppers on top.

- Send to oven for 15 minutes at 330 °F.

- Grate cheese, sprinkle cheese pizza and send to the oven for 3 minutes.
