Eggplant with Tofu and Mushrooms

 

A wonderful recipe for dinner for a family or company of good friends.

Ingredients

  • 13 oz. Champignon
  • 13 oz. Eggplant
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 3½ oz. Tofu
  • 3 fl. oz. Sauce #4

 

Preparation

 

- Wash and clean the mushrooms. Cut them into slices.

- Cut tomatoes and onions.

- Cut the eggplants.

- Grate the tofu.

- Lay out on a baking sheet in layers: eggplants - cheese - mushrooms - eggplants - cheese - mushrooms - cheese - tomatoes - mayonnaise - cheese.
