The first thought in my mind this
morning was like a tremor in the sky
The dawn had broken brightening the
yard with blessings from the sky
The first glow of the day brought a lot of
peaceful waves from the sky
The first wave rising from the ocean
allowed me to witness the wide sky
The first song of the birds rang a lot of
words for me to summon the sky
I have been waiting and watching the
empty path of the silent sky
My heart yearned to meet my Pretty
Lotus to descend from the sky
The rain that came from the clouds
looked like tears from the sky
I kissed the raindrops with loving
thoughts wanted response from the sky
O You who govern the universe please
answer some of my prayers
Destroy the blind ignorance of my heart
and send some worthy players
Destroy the darkness of disdain to fill
the world with your radiance
O You who is omnipresent come and
show your utmost brilliance
I am Home Alone at Saroj Niwas and I
beg your blessing from the sky
Grant whatever you may but keep my
Pretty Lotus safe in the sky.
