Tips on water intake:

-Drink a minimum of 64 ounces per day (2 quarts).

-Drink an additional 8 ounces per day for every 25 pounds  overweight.

 Alkalinity Water

 My Personal Experience

 

Water is for me, "holy water". During 3 years I consumed daily  corticoids and 1 year more BIOX to calm the intense muscular pains  that maintained to me semi invalid. I found out the "water cure" of  the Dr, Batmanghelidj and got to drink up to 3 liters daily of water

 

My pain and fatigue were relieved and finally I got my health to  100%. Finally I had overcome fibromyalgia, which was the disease  that tormented me.

 

Already for several years I have been drinking 2 liters of water  daily. This is my routine: in the morning, (6 a.m.) I separate 6 boiled  water glasses and slightly lukewarm (1.5 liters) and I add a salt  pinch to it. Every 20 minutes I drink 2 water glasses. 15 - 30 minutes  before the lunch I drink other 2 glasses (this time without salt) and  complete thus my 2 daily liters, sometimes I drink before dinner 2  water glasses more without salt.

 

The salt serves two purposes: it allows water to be retained, to  remain in the body and replenishes valuable salts are lost due to  excess water. Without salt the water passes through the body as a  tube and an appropriate hydration do not take place. If you have  high blood pressure, do not add salt.

 

According to Dr. Batmanghelidj, the chronic dehydration is the  cause of many ailments. Where there is dehydration histamines are  generated, they generate inflation and inflammation disease.  Drinking water on a sustained basis is not difficult: start gradually, if  you pass 1 month drinking water, it becomes a habit and if you pass  the 3 months becomes a custom and you do not stop drinking water,  as I do for years.
