Snacks & Follow On Recipes

Depending on your level of clearance after the initial 28 days, you may want to continue with the simple recipes included in the plan. There are however TONS of alkaline weighted, non nightshade, gluten free, meal and snack ideas on the website!

Take care when reintroducing anything new. Add a little of whatever it is you'd like to try and look out for a reaction.

As your body becomes cleaner you'll become much more aware of feelings - dietary / emotionally / mentally. You will feel so much more in tune with your body. So knowing what it wants and needs (and doesn't need!) becomes intuitive. I focus on lots of skin friendly recipes on the website. Here are just a few ideas …
