DID YOU KNOW THE MOST COMMON reason for excusing bad habits is the lack of time? It is known, life is a race against the clock. There is 24 hours in a day and it is unfortunately unchangeable. What is against it is the mode of use of these 24 hours? Find the time to take care of yourself.

For example, knowing we should do a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate to high intensity physical activity a week, just a little less than 25 minutes a day to devote to the sport. 25 minutes is less than a TV show and probably less than the total time spent on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Pinterest.
