THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS IS MOTIVATION. You must try to stay as accurate as possible if you are determined to lose weight and get healthy again. When you realize that overweight people live shorter lives and may suffer from health problems, having that thought in your mind can give you the momentum to get there. You will not lose weight if you have a hesitant approach by saying that you will probably fail in your goals. Keeping your goals and objectives at your fingertips will make it easier to achieve.

You need to find THE trick that will allow you to keep the motivation to achieve your goals. I have a friend for example, whose motivation was to want to meet a serious man. She achieved these goals quickly and did not regain weight.
