Serves 4 / Prep time: 10 minutes

Lettuce wraps are a fantastic technique for getting a charge out of sandwiches and garnishes without adding bothersome carbs. The best lettuce to utilize is Boston, enormous red or green oak leaf, or romaine lettuce with the rib cut out. Removing the ribs permits you to move the lettuce leaf without it breaking or tearing.

½ avocado, stripped and pitted

⅓ cup Creamy Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon newly crushed lemon juice 2 teaspoons cleaved new thyme

1 (6-ounce) cooked chicken bosom, hacked Sea salt

Newly ground dark pepper 8 huge lettuce leaves

¼ cup cleaved pecans

  1. In a medium bowl, squash the avocado with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and thyme until very much consolidated.
  2. Stir in the cleaved chicken and season the loading up with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon the chicken serving of mixed greens into the lettuce leaves and top with the pecans.
  4. Serve 2 lettuce wraps for each individual.
