Recalculate? We’d have to renegotiate the whole deal! Who’s to say the computer didn’t account for Levon going AWOL? There are Black Swans in code Leo. Simulated chaos! The system may have anticipated Levon would bolt and compensated for it. Or it might have calculated that our story is remarkable enough that Levon’s actions won’t make any difference! Either way, it’s absurd to recalculate… not with so much cash at stake.
