I am in dispute with my neighbour over the height of a garden wall. He has suggested we settle the matter through a bout of fisticuffs but, as he is rather larger than me, I fear for the outcome. How can I defuse this situation?

There is only one way to deal with bullies who use their size to intimidate, ridicule. Tell him to fight your wife first and you will fight the winner. Oh, and make it a public challenge.
