45. Kumarična solata z jogurtom

 

80 dag kumar

3dl jogurta

2 žlici kisle smetane

1 limona

pol šopka kopra

sol, poper

česen po želji

 

Kumare operemo, po želji olupimo in jih narežemo na tenka kolesca. Limono ožamemo. Jogurt, kislo smetano in limonin sok razžvrkljamo ter začinimo s soljo, sveže mletim poprom in z nasekljanim koprom. Prelijemo kumare, zmešamo in postrežemo.
