An interesting thing happens when youbegin to exercise and take better care ofyourself. You learn the benefits of makingyour health and well being a priority. Andyou also learn that the world doesn’tcrumble around you when you make yourhealth a priority – in fact, it often standsup to support you.

Many people say that they’re too busy toexercise. They put everyone else’spriorities ahead of their own. When youtake back your life and claim a fewmoments each day for your health youquickly realize that it’s more than worthit, and that you have more to give whenyou practice good self-care.

This awareness begins to impact your life in other ways. You may find that you’re eating healthier. You might begin to explore other ways to feel healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and perhaps even spiritually.

Tip – Make a list of the habits you’d like to change and the areas of your life that you’d like to improve. For example, maybe you’ve alwayswanted to learn to meditate or maybe you want to change your job to something you’re passionate about. As you begin to enjoy a daily exercise program, it will open you up to the possibilities of your life.
