I also use lists to promote my articles, primarily at Yahoo Groups (This is included in Content Crooner, but it's also a great place to find lists to place ads, articles, and other types of lists to promote your business).
This is also a great place to find places to advertise your ezines and websites, and it doesn't cost anything. You'll need to get a free account at Yahoo, but promoting on the lists is far more effective than classifieds, and it's free.
