In thinking about the order of things in this report, I decided to put the “finding your niche” chapter after the “keyword research” chapter because I think having an understanding of keyword research will help you find your niches.
Some might consider that backwards, but I don’t. Does the niche determine the keywords or does the keyword research determine the niche?
Play around with them. They need to work together. Most people agree that working in a niche you are passionate about will make things easier, more fun and therefore more productive and profitable. Tough to argue with that!
The other logical component of a good niche might be something you are good at/experienced with.Creating lists of both and seeing if any show up on the same list is a good idea too.
Now you want to ideally choose products or services that solve problems, eliminate pain or suffering and things that create pleasure or satisfaction. These are the things that people spend money on. Psychology 101.
My final tip is to find something that will never go away. This is not necessary but these niches will make you money forever! Examples are weight loss, exercise, disease prevention, energy, etc… People call these “evergreen” niches.
It’s harder to find the evergreen niche keywords but well worth the effort.
Here are some sites that you can visit to stimulate ideas and check out the popularity of terms and products. I don’t have the time to go into detail on how to use them, but they are all fairly user friendly and have good tutorials.
You’ll need to do some of that additional research we talked about earlier!eBay Pulse

Clickbank
Clickbank is also a great place to find digital products to sell on your niche sites while you learn your way around affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is selling other peoples products and earning commissions.
Eventually you want to create your own products to sellCreating your own products is the most profitable way to do this, but don’t worry if you don’t have any products for now.
Also Clickbank is only one of the affiliate networks you can use. Google “affiliate networks” and you will have no trouble finding products to sell.
Many product and services companies also have their own affiliate programs. The links are typically located at the bottom of the company’s home page and are either referred to as “affiliates” or “partners”. Signing up is free and easy. On Clickbank, products are organized by categories. The basic things you want to study about products to determine whether
•it makes sense to sell them are as follows; The price and commission pay out for the product. If you can’t make at least $20 in commission I would pass.
• Products with residual commissions are better than onetime payouts.
The gravity. Is it a popular product with reasonable competition? Gravity is basically the approximate number
• of unique sales made by affiliates in the last week. A good rule of thumb is a product with a gravity higher than 10. Visit the product sales page and site. Would YOU buy the product?
Here is a quick look at what I am talking about
The three essential ways you can monetize your niche sites are;

Google Adsense is free and allows you to place ads on your site that automatically run and are targeted toward your content and site topic.
Simply go over to Google Adsense and open an account. Go with the default style and color options and copy and paste the code they give you into a widget on your Wordpress site. This will be part of your Wordpress training and don’t worry, it’s easy!
It’s important as you move forward to capture user names, passwords and things like Adsense code, all organized in a folder for your niche site. I have subfolders inside the main folder with categories that make sense to me.
