    The Kindle version is completely broken. If you plan to read this book on Kindle, better forget it right now. Very disappointed - the ability to download stuff in e-book format(s) was the only reason I bought the VIP package. If I knew that it's just automatically converted from PDF (as opposed to manually correctly formatted by the author), I wouldn't have bothered. I too know how to use Calibre.
