HOW OLD DO KIDS NEED TO BE TO START HAVING BOARD MEETINGS?

We’ve found that the Board Meetings strategy can start being implemented as early as two and a half years old. During the first Board Meeting I had with my daughter Maggie, she fell asleep after three hours. Nonetheless, after that first one, she would often ask my wife, “When is my next meeting with Daddy?” I’ve gotten similar reports from others. Start ‘em young when it comes to quality time!
