Chapter 14

ACTS OF MAYA 01

Encapsulation in Time-space is one of the greatest acts of Maya.

Here comes Physics that we learnt at school.

A. Bodily features (sensory organs) play an important role in Illusions.

B. The design features of sense organs create the desired goals.

C. Not all specie is equipped with all the five sense faculties that we humans have.

D. Scriptures suggest there are many species with lesser faculties. A few with larger than human Time-space entities with more faculties than we have.

Perhaps, we call the celestial dwellers, devas, dwellers in heaven. We try to please them seeking a little extra benefits.

ACTS OF MAYA II

There are two : “I” and “Mine”.

We built computers and programs modelled on ourselves. We have temporary memory that is volatile. That can hold information for  a short time.

We have larger storage outside our physical body that is indestructible.

Impressions in the Mind

Impressions created in the mind.

The mind holds some information that determine one’s action in every given situation. The mind of a person at birth is a small set.

Parents, people around slowly and steadily add, to the mind.

With time, the individual modifies his mind‘s content with day today experience.

The modification of mind happens in such a way that no two persons have identical mind. For example:

If some one sees a snake, he would run away from the scene. Another might search for a stick. Yet another would seek help from others. Very few will allow the snake leaving the place unhurt.

Q 1: We recognise objects and lives around us through five sensory organs.

Many of us believe that there is nothing in the universe that we cannot perceive.

This is the strongest of all Illusions.
