32. A LONG AND LASTING LOVE

SOMEONE SITS ALONE TONIGHT

AND CRIES A TEAR OR TWO,

FEELING LOST AND LONELY

NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO.

SOMEONE ELSE IS LEFT ALONE

TO LIVE WITHOUT THEIR LOVE,

SITTING LOOKING AT THE STARS

IN THE SKY ABOVE.

THINKING OF TOMORROW

IN DREAMS OF YESTERDAY,

WATCHING OTHER PEOPLE

NOT KNOWING WHAT TO SAY.

AND AS EACH HOUR PASSES BY

THEY SLOWLY REALISE,

THE LOVE THAT THEY HAVE ALWAYS HAD

NEVER, EVER DIES
