Anyone can sit idle with the collective

it takes no effort at all

and even though acceptance is the incentive

courage is seen in the one walking alone

anyone can lip sync to the television

anyone can be exactly the same

shuffling along in the zombie revolution

but no one is really in prison

who has the courage to use their imagination

anyone can put people into boxes

and write them all off

but it takes courage to love people as they are

anyone can be blown by the wind

this way and the other

anyone can drift with the river

with the other dead fish going nowhere

but a few still swim upstream

toward something better

a few still search the mountains for truth

as if it were out there
