To remember your roots, it’s all I ask;
Stay with the roots the strength of your past.
Roots spread in the ground to add support,
roots nourish the tree and help it grow;
Roots hold tight when storms arise,
and though the branches
and leaves may meet demise;
The roots are there to begin again,
