THE VERACITY OF THE SKY

The veracity of the sky-

All of her tenets laid to waste.

The sky cannot help but hide

The beauty she once contained.

A thrilling mystery, indeed!

I wonder if her stars still care.

My soul searches for truth

In a sky that appears unclear.

Elements taunt, and so does the moon

Summer sky once dazzled me-

A strangely magnificent hue.
