The teacher hands every child a balloon,
The children shall release them in the air,
Will their pretty balloons soar to the moon?
The kids carefully release hold and stare.
They watch a bunch of sixty balloons go,
The colourful set may travel for days.
How far from London, how fast do they flow?
They'll track the journey, there could be delays.
The set is expected to land in weeks
Or when all the helium air runs out,
Perhaps the birds will pop them with their beaks,
An awesome display of balloons about.
The air balloons are tracked so far as Spain,
They've been undisturbed by the wind or rain.
