Matt tries karaoke for the first time
In a pub surrounded by a small crowd
Of pub-goers. He tries not to sing loud,
For people might think his voice is a crime.
Every other line he sings is a rhyme.
Matt's confidence picks up, he's singing proud.
Is his voice good? Is his head in a cloud?
As Matt sings brave, someone throws him a dime,
Some appreciation, he's doing well,
Maybe he's better at this than he thought.
He's having a good time, he's feeling swell,
The song ends, the crowd claps, they have been bought.
First time at karaoke, can't they tell?
