Karl Lancaster Profile

Born in the old war worn part of West London, only child to John a Royal Navy Sailor and Elsie. Unremarkable childhood and left school to start work for the National Coal Board and Later Civil Service. Moved to Essex in 1980. Married three times, now with my wife Trisha and sons Luke and Joshua.

Martial arts, started aikido at 18, gained my first black belt at 22 (later ranked 3rd degree black belt). Since have trained in taekwondo (yellow belt), ju jutsu (brown belt), iaido (brown belt), jodo (brown belt), Mizong kung fu ( 6th degree black belt), tai chi (instructor), ninjutsu, spirit combat and kobodu. Also spent years in weight training, avid reader and cinema goer.
