Chapter Four:

Timing of Jesus’ return:

And Conclusion

When can we expect Herod the “Eighth” to arrive?

In the New Testament era, from around 40 BC, there was a definitive buzz about the coming of the Messiah.

We can also look back at the Old Testament here and see that the Hebrew people were oppressed by a Pharaoh of Egypt and were given their Messiah, Moses, and set free by being taken into the wilderness for forty years.

It was a time of heavy taxing of the Jewish race and people were oppressed by the Romans, similar to the Old Testament story again.

People were praying for their Messiah to come, similarly to the Old Testament prayers going up at the time of Moses.

It was during that time that King Herod was appointed King of Judaea, and he truly believed that he was the Messiah according to documents mentioned earlier.

When the Messiah arrives, the Jewish people will be under similar conditions as the previous occasions in the Old and New Testament eras.

They will be oppressed.

They will be praying sincerely as a nation.

Jesus promises to answer the prayers of the oppressed speedily. (Luke 18:7)

They will be ready to receive a new Messiah, and that will be Herod the Eighth. Angel of Light (Pseudonym) Fake Messiah. At first they will think he is the real deal, but as his rule becomes tyrannical, they will be reconsidering their situation.

However, he will arrive forty-two months too early. (Dan 9:27)

Jesus, the true Messiah will return to save his people once again.

Hey, that’s something to look forward to.
