Was this world meant for the likes of human beings? We go to great pains to find minerals and oil, to build smelters, plants and factories, to design and to manufacture, all the while greatly polluting the environment. We fly aircraft, put satellites in orbit, probe space in various ways. Have we affected the earth’s orbit around the sun permanently and disastrously by changing it’s mass? We occupy great land masses, build houses using trees, fence off huge properties all the while robbing natural wildlife of their habitat, pushing it further and further away into more and more restricted and confined areas and driving it toward extinction. Will we have soon outgrown this planet?
According to the Bible it seems that the world was created for man but man seems like the only misfit. Without man life on earth would go on indefinitely. With man it could end in our lifetime.
Note some of the peculiarities about men and women. We abort children. We have cesarean births. Our bodies are not covered with hair or fur as adults. We wear make up and jewelry. We get tattooed. We wear clothes. We read and write. We trade. We use money. We build. We pollute. We destroy. We have wars. We aspire to leave the planet.
Atheists should think we are alien invaders. They should not be Darwinians.
With all the food and materials that God has provided for us, with the limbs, strength and ingenuity that He has given us, it is ridiculously stupid not to believe in a Creator. Most men however bury themselves in the creation or some aspect of creation and totally disregard the Creator. Will God tolerate such people? Will He make room for them in His Kingdom? Not unless they change their ways and turn to Him.
