Warning – Danger Ahead

Introduction

When I started seeking the Lord a few years back as to what he wanted me to do little did I know that this was the path he was going to take me on. For most of my life I have been a musician, and except for high school and college I have never written anything in my life so this is all new territory. I must admit that I did resist for awhile, but in the end I said “Not my will but thy will be done”. The first thing that the Lord impressed on me was that we are living in dangerous times where pleasant messages will not save the world nor will they save His Church. He also told me that the days are getting shorter and that His Judgment is about to fall on America so the time for His people living in carnality and sin is over. The end of the age is here my brethren, and there are so many more people that need to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ so the question is this “If God’s people are not going to spread his message then who will?”

The Time is Short

Please read this passage especially the last verse:

Matthew 24:3-31 “And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? Verily I say unto you, there shall not be left here one stone upon another that shall not be thrown down. And as he sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be, and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers’ places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand). Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other”.

If we read this correctly we see that Jesus sends his angels to get us AFTER “the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heaven shall be shaken”. This tells us that we his Church are going to go through some rough times before we are taken, but does it say this anywhere else in the Bible?

Joel 2:31 “The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call”.

In this verse we see the same message of things that will happen “before” the great and terrible day of the Lord, but there is also a promise to us his people. It says “whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered” and then “…in the remnant whom the Lord shall call”. The word delivered here in the Hebrew means “to slip away or escape”. This tells me that his remnant “one that has escaped from great slaughter” will be saved from his terrible “wrath”. HOWEVER, the Matthew 24 tribulation period is NOT the WRATH… In reality, Matthew 24 started the day Jesus ascended, but as a woman in labor it has steadily gotten worse over the years and if we look around the world today we can clearly see that the events in Matthew 24 are getting stronger and stronger as the months go on. This means that the wrath (Revelation 7 and on) is not far off. The best sign that we are about to be gathered by the angels is when the sun is darkened, the moon turns to blood, the stars fall from heaven, and the powers of heaven are shaken. However, before we are gone we MUST be reaching the lost every chance we get for this is what JESUS told us to do and it wasn’t a request!

Revelation 6:9-17 “And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled, and I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?”

Many Christians do not like this verse because it clearly states that the Saints are killed for their faith BEFORE the Sun and Moon events so we can see that many Christians will be called upon to die for their face before we are taken out, so we truly need to understand the times that we are living in. We also see in Matthew 24 that Christians will “die” and be “betrayed” before Christ returns. I believe the betrayer’s will be our family members, apostate Christians, and sinners who will blame us for what is happening in the world. So many American Christians think they will escape this part of Matthew 24, but we need to realize real persecution IS coming to America and we will not escape it. Many of you may thinking right now that “We don’t know when he is coming because he is coming as a thief in the night”, which is not scripturally accurate. It says in 1 Thessalonians 5:1-9 says “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep (do) sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ”.

God does not want us to be ignorant about anything, and you can see from this verse that we may not know the exact day but DO know the seasons and the signs before His return. If you read Matthew 24, Joel 2, and Revelation 6 you can see that our Lord laid out EXACTLY what is going to happen before his return. So why is this important? Because the WORLD NEEDS THE GOSPEL which means THE WORLD NEEDS US ALL TO WAKE UP!!!!!!!!

John 4:35 “Say no ye, there are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? Behold I say unto you, life up your eyes, and look on the fields; or they are white already to harvest”

Luke 10:2 “Therefore said he unto them, the harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth laborers into his harvest”

Many Christians are proclaiming that these are the last days yet these same people are living as though they will be here forever or many of them are satisfied in just going to Church on Sunday and waiting on the “Rapture” the rest of the week. Look around America; do you see Christians acting like these are the last days before the return of Christ? Where is the urgency?

False Teachers & Prophets

Matthew 24:11-12 “And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold”

2 Timothy 3: 1-6 “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with diver’s lusts”

1 Timothy 4:1-3 “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth”

2 Peter 2:1-3” But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of, and through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not”

These four verses paint a picture that many do not want to confront because if they did then they will have to look at themselves honestly and take stock as to where they are in the Lord. Also, many people have followed people over the years who may have once been great men/women of God who are now nothing but wolves ravaging the sheep. I know when I was shown things about many people that I had lots of respect for it was not easy to take. I mean, these men had led so many to Christ, healed the sick, cast out demons, and so much more so how could they possibly be false teachers/prophets. The answer is simple, those that endure to the end shall be saved and not those who once ran the race. We are clearly told to “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).  So let’s take a look at what the Word has to say about the final days and false teachers/ prophets…

Matthew 24:11-12

“And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold”

Jesus first warns us in Matthew 24 of “False Christs and False Prophets” because he knew these men and women would have the ability to sway many people into following their false doctrines. However, these false teachers did not come in as raging wolves because they know that the sheep are smart enough to see through their disguise. No these false teachers/prophets came in teaching sound doctrine, and then slowly over the years they brought in their devilish doctrines. Oh yes, they still use the Bible but instead of teaching it in context they now pull verses from all over the place to build a doctrine that met their goals. The sad part is that all of them did it for one reason which was to make money off God’s people. Unfortunately many of God’s people fell for this garbage hook, line and sinker. However, if this was how the Bible worked then why aren’t these people living the same lifestyle as those they send God’s money to?? We have to realize that these false teachers promised that if the sheep sowed then they would reap what the preachers had, so in reality the sheep were sowing into sin because most of them wanted the lifestyle of the false preachers (homes, cars, vacations, and more). No? Then why would you send a millionaire teacher/preacher/prophet your money? Only you can answer that one…

Jesus also said in Matthew 24:11-12 that they would deceive many, and because of iniquity the love of many (Church) would wax cold. If we are honest then we can see that this is so prevalent in the American Church for there is no urgency in the messages of Pastors about repentance from sin. Also, if we are honest we can see that many professing Christians are living lives of sin. In his letter to the Church of Ephesus Jesus writes this “I know thy works, and thy labor, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast labored, and hast not fainted. Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love, Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.  (Revelation 2:2-4). Jesus knew that in the last days many would begin to fall away, because told he us this in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there comes a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition”. WAIT A MINUTE… Once SAVED always SAVED… RIGHT??? If that is the case then how can sinners (who are already fallen) fall away??? Reading Revelation again it says that unless they repent he (JESUS) would “come unto them quickly, and would remove their candlestick out of his place”, so does that really sound like once saved ALWAYS saved??? I know this is a touchy point, but I beseech you to study the New Testament to see if this once saved always saved doctrine is Biblical or just another excuse to allow people to live how they want. However, we must realize that the falling away has already started and it is only going to get worse the closer we get to the return of Jesus. Even the Pope just said that having a personal intimate relationship with Jesus is DANGEROUS because we HAVE to go through the Catholic Church (I), and if that doesn’t wake you up then nothing will. While there have been false prophets and teachers since Jesus ascended we have to realize and understand it is going to get much worse the closer we get to his return and the lies of the devil will become even more deceptive because satan knows his time is extremely short. However, we his Children are not children of darkness and his return WILL NOT come upon us a thief in the night (1 Thessalonians 5:1-6). So we must constantly be awake and vigilant to help others find him before it is too late…

2 Timothy 3:1-6

Do we see this in America? Oh you BET we do, and as the years go on it has gotten worse. It says people shall be lovers of themselves, and what has become a major phenomenon in the world?? SELFIES!!! Oh yea, everywhere we look someone is taking pictures of THEMSELVES and posting them on various social networks or sending them out in text messages!!! While taking pictures of yourself and sharing them isn’t necessarily a sin we must remember that most people are sending them out with a “look at me attitude”. In Proverbs 16:18 it says that “Pride goeth before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall”. I have heard many people over the years read it like this “Pride goeth before a fall”, which is incorrect because the Word says it goes before destruction. The word destruction here in the Hebrew means a breaking, fracturing, shattering, and/or crushing so pride will NOT cause us to stumble but it will DESTROY us. This is why we must be careful how we approach what God is doing in our lives, and not take any credit for His work in us because it is He who is doing the work. However, we need to realize that in the last days this type of attitude will become more and more prevalent in the world as well as in the Church. There is another sign we see and that is people will no longer care about others, and America is now a nation of “I got mine so who cares about you”. Over the last 12 months we have had more flooding than in the history of the United States, but unlike in years past no one is running to help these people who have lost everything. In contrast, a person kills 50 homosexuals in Orlando and the whole world go nuts about this. I am not saying the death of these people isn’t a tragedy, but I am saying that all the lives destroyed from the flooding have barely been addressed by our government or media. I guess that unless there is an agenda then it doesn’t matter if people die in America anymore, which is what this country has become. There used to be a time when people needed help they could turn to the Church, but most Churches today will not get off a dime to help someone. Also, if the Church is supposed to live by faith then why are so many Churches locked up and not letting people come in except during business or Church hours? If we look at rest of the verse it is REAL easy to see how America has fallen, and especially how the American Church has slipped into an apostate condition. Sadly, the falling away is quite evident everywhere we look. Just look at the Mega-Preachers with MILLIONS of dollars in the bank, and no not their ministries accounts but in their PERSONAL bank accounts (do some research if you doubt what I am saying). The Amplified Bible sheds a clear light on what this verse is saying, and if we are honest we can see how this is increasing in the Church and the world…

“But understand this, that in the last days dangerous times [of great stress and trouble] will come [difficult days that will be hard to bear].For people will be lovers of self [narcissistic, self-focused], lovers of money [impelled by greed], boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy and profane, [and they will be] unloving [devoid of natural human affection, calloused and inhumane], irreconcilable, malicious gossips, devoid of self-control [intemperate, immoral], brutal, haters of good, traitors, reckless, conceited, lovers of [sensual] pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of [outward] godliness (religion), although they have denied its power [for their conduct nullifies their claim of faith]. Avoid such people and keep far away from them. For among them are those who worm their way into homes and captivate morally weak and spiritually-dwarfed women weighed down by [the burden of their] sins, easily swayed by various impulses”.

In verse three it talks about people no longer having “natural affection”, and ever since SCOTUS legalized homosexual marriages America has exploded into a cesspool of perversion. I warned last year when this happened that every demon in HELL was going to be unleased, and now we are starting to see the fruit of this evil decision. The first area that was attacked was Christian businesses, and since then the Church has been constantly under attack. There have been multiple lawsuits over Christians standing up for their beliefs yet no lawsuits are being filed against Muslim companies or followers of Islam that have done the same thing. The American legal system has turned UPSIDE DOWN to accommodate homosexuals and even Muslims. I read an article the other day where Iowa is trying to make preachers STOP preaching about homosexuality, and they are trying to force Churches to allow men to use women’s restrooms IN THE CHURCH! Here are a short life of things that have happened recently:

• Two Muslims filed a lawsuit when the distribution company they worked for fired them for not doing their job even though they knew when they were hired that part of their job was to deliver alcohol. They were awarded $240,000 each (B). While they were not Christians, the point here is that if they were they would have never gotten a dime and this is where the enemy is focusing because they are now saying Islam > Christianity.
• Christian bakers were sued for not wanting to bake a cake for a function they did not believe in. (C)
• Gay Couple suing U.K. Bed & Breakfast because they could not sleep there (D)
• Gay Couple suing New York Bed & Breakfast for not hosting gay wedding (E)
• Kentucky clerk goes to jail for refusing to issue gay marriage licenses (F)

I could go on and on, but you get the point. Soon being a Christian won’t be such a “cool” thing to be because we are going back to the days of the Book of Acts so I would brush up on how they lived… Real persecution is coming to America, will you stand or will you fall?

Today they are making “Transgenders” and other “sexual deviancies” the new “Norm”. Ever since “gay marriage” was approved everything that is anti-normal sexuality has been coming out. We have Bruce/Caitlyn (who was called woman of year and a hero), a man who identifies as a 6 year old, and even trans-species (G). Just recently the city of New York came up with a list of 31 recognized gender types (H). To add to this, there is already a group pushing for another sexual deviancy to become legalized – pedophilia... Let that sink in for a few minutes because this is the time Jesus, Paul, Peter, and all the Prophets warned us about. America is modern day Babylon, Rome, and Sodom all rolled into one and this is the transformation that has been creeping slowly into our country and into our Churches for years. Most of the “salt” is gone so it only makes sense that America is starting to stink like a ten day old carcass. Another point is that the verse says that the world would be lovers of pleasures. The word “pleasures” is the Greek word “hedone” (which is where the word hedonism comes from), and this word means sensual delight. It also can mean fleshly desires and any type of lust for ungodly pleasures.

It is sad that people in the Church today are in such denial about their carnal ways. Do you think Paul or Peter would have supported sports teams and other carnal activities like the modern day Church does? I seriously doubt it, but I do think they would have been arrested for preaching at these events. Christians, and especially American Christians seem to think that they can go living any way they want and this is why America is in the mess it is in. “Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savor, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men” (Matthew 5:13). If we as his chosen ones are not doing our Father’s business, then I must ask “Who will do it”? The devil LOVES the American Apostate Church because they have a form of godliness, but deny the power thereof and what is that power? The power is in the message that Jesus came to pay for sin and that if we repent and believe in him we can have eternal life. If you ever want to see what the Church should be living like read the Book of Acts, and then reread it again and again…

If we were supposed to live this “Millionaire” kind of life then why DIDN’T THE APOSTLES LIVE IT? WHY DIDN’T PAUL LIVE IT? Could it be that the Word of Faith (WoF) movement was contrived by a man who was into the Transcendentalism and New Age movement (A)? I am no way saying that God does not want to bless us or heal us, but I am saying HE IS GOD and to think we are in His class or like him in anyway is pure HERESY. We are not gods for He is the Lord God and there is none other before Him or beside Him, and we are not to bow down to or serve ANY THING on this planet. While people will scream that they have no idols, I will counter with yes you do because if anything is more important than spending time with God or serving God then IT IS AN IDOL! God did not save us so we could be rich, watch the filth on TV (Big Brother & Walking Dead), or be involved in anything that this world has to offer. He saved us so that we could be HIS witnesses on this this earth. People love to quote Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”. Wow see, there it is, prosperity!!! Is it really? Let’s read it in context shall we... (Arrows added for emphasis)

Matthew 6:19-33 “ Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth , where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness! No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, what shall we eat? or, what shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
